It is the oldest trick in the book. They are showering people with money so that they remain death slaves to the banking system. Kwiff is a tapeworm, it gives the host (a citizen of earth) (potentially you!) money in order to feed off it for a sustained period of time (a lifetime). If Tom and Tom have their way we will all become death slaves to the tapeworm that is the banking system. Our minds have been corrupted by the regime from such an early age that we will fight and even bruise each other to get our feed of money.
